Sales and dispatch, off spreadsheets

  • Lead capture
  • Dispatch board
  • Auto texts
  • Stripe
  • Google reviews

The challenge

An auto glass repair operation relied on Google Sheets and manual coordination to manage leads and schedule jobs. Customer inquiries, booking updates, technician dispatch, parts coordination and follow-up required repeated manual checks and messages.

What we built

  • A sales dashboard connected to website lead intake, giving the team a clearer pipeline from new inquiry to booked job.
  • Automated customer texts across the sales journey, reducing the need to manually send every update and follow-up.
  • A clear job record with status, owner and next action, so the team can see what needs attention.
  • A separate operations and dispatch dashboard to coordinate job status and technician handoffs, with text automations for customer updates.
  • Stripe payment collection workflows and Google review requests built into the customer journey.

The result

A connected workflow spanning website lead capture, sales, dispatch, automated customer texts, Stripe payment collection and Google review requests.

Seven tools, one job record

We connected the tools the team already used so every job lives in one place, from first call to recalibration.

Seven tools, one job record

  • Podium
  • Quo
  • Supplier portals
  • Google Ads
  • Google Sheets

The challenge

The operation used several systems for different parts of the customer and job lifecycle: Podium for customer communication and reviews, Quo for business calls, a Chase bank account, supplier warehouse portals for parts ordering, Google Ads, Google reviews, and a partner's Google Sheets tracker for recalibrations. The challenge was keeping the moving pieces coordinated without adding more manual administration.

What we built

  • A map of which system owns each record and which details the team needs at each stage.
  • Customer intake, scheduling, parts checks, job status, review requests and recalibration follow-up connected around one consistent job record.
  • Clear queues and exception handling for steps that still need a person or a supplier portal.

Our principle

Keep the tools that serve a purpose; reduce the gaps between them.

If you can dream it, we can build it.

First, we understand your business. Then we build the solution. And we make sure you know how it works.

Connected, not complicated

One workflow. Every tool.

Your CRM, calendar, dispatch board, invoices and customer follow-ups should work together. VertiQ connects the systems you already use so information moves without constant manual handoffs.

Talk about your systems →
No mystery, just clarity

Questions, answered.

We map how your business works, identify friction, then design and implement practical systems: automation, integrations, CRM workflows, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing and lead capture.
Usually not. We start with the tools you already rely on and look for ways to connect them. If a tool is creating a real bottleneck, we’ll explain the trade-offs before recommending a change.
Yes. We can configure existing platforms, connect APIs, create dashboards and build custom websites or lightweight internal tools when the off-the-shelf options don’t fit.
We start with a conversation about your current process, the problems you want to solve and what success would look like. Then we define a practical scope, priorities and implementation plan before building.
That’s part of the work. We document the workflow, explain how the pieces fit together and provide a handover so your team can operate the system with confidence.
It depends on the process, integrations and level of customization. After understanding the problem, we can recommend a phased approach and provide a defined estimate before implementation.
